We can offer flexibility for various special requirements/arrangements that our guests may have, so please do not hesitate to inquire.

Sorry, no pets.

Bookings will be confirmed when guests supply a deposit equating to £15.00 a head for one-night stays or one night's accommodation for longer stays (payment by Paypal or cheque).

Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full booking rate. Where a cancellation is made less than a week from the date booked, we will endeavour to re-let the room.
If this is not possible however, a charge of one day's accommodation will have to be made. We appreciate guests co-operation in this matter.

Checking-in can take place from 4pm onwards. Guests arriving earlier may, by arrangement, leave their bags before this time. Guests are requested to complete their registration cards on arrival.

Checking-out should be accomplished by 10am.

Accounts can be settled on arrival by means of cash. We would also accept Paypal payment when completed prior to arrival.

Dinner is available on request. There is no set menu, but we are happy to offer fresh home-cooked meals. During the day, meals and sandwiches are available in the Café.

Parking is free and always available at Medway Bridge Marina secure car park.
