Bookings will be confirmed when guests supply a deposit equating to 50% of the final bill.
Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full booking rate. Where a cancellation is made less than a week from the date booked, we will endeavour to re-let the room. If this is not possible however, a charge of one day's accommodation will have to be made. We appreciate guests co-operation in this matter.
Checking-in we aim to be flexible and accommodating, this may be discussed when booking.
Accounts should be settled on arrival by means of cash. We would also accept Paypal payment when completed prior to arrival.
Dinner We will happily recommend local pubs, restaurants or take-aways.
Parking is free and always available at Medway Bridge Marina secure car park.
How stable is the boat, does she move/rock much? She only floats for approx. 4hrs on each tide, and movement can only be felt in really high winds. It is also worth noting that as you board the ship, there is no perceivable movement or rocking.
Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, we don't, as we have to take into consideration the preferences and well being of all our guests.
Do you have you an alcohol licence? No,we are not licensed,however, guests are welcome to bring their own drink which they are free to enjoy either in their room,in the lounges, or on the deck areas. Alternatively, there is a cafe and licensed bar on the marina.
What is there to do in the area? There are a multitude of activities within the local area, please refer to the local attractions page in order to plan your trip.
Can we eat in our room? We are happy for our guests to eat uncooked food in the rooms i.e biscuits, crisps or sandwiches etc, however, if you wish to bring in a takeaway, we do ask for this to be eaten upstairs,either in the dining room, at the breakfast bar, or even on deck if the weather allows.
Where can I fish locally? You can fish very locally - in fact right off the back of our ship ! Alternatively, guests may fish off the pontoons,with permission and there are boats available for fishing trips.
